§ MR. W. H. SMITHI think the hon. Member for Rugby (Mr. Cobb) will be able to form his own judgment upon that matter, having regard to the various measures which are to be brought before the House. In reply to the question of the hon. Member for Bordesley (Mr. Collings), I have to say when I have ascertained that it is the general wish of Members of this House I will be prepared to take the necessary steps.
