§ MR. MATTHEWSThe bulk of this return has been ready for some time, but there has been great difficulty in obtaining replies from a few places. Returns from three towns are still outstanding. 432 As soon as these are collected the return will at once be presented.
§ MR. BRADLAUGHAs the Commission now engaged in dealing with the Question has reached this head, will the right hon. Gentleman do his utmost to expedite the return?
