§ THE LORD ADVOCATE (Mr. J. P. B. ROBERTSON, Buteshire)The Scotch Code was laid upon the Table of the House on Tuesday last in a complete and final form, and was sent for printing and distribution on the same day. Any delay which may occur is due solely to the work of printing and distribution, and does not rest with the Department in any way.
