§ MR. MATTHEWSI am informed that the Commissioners will conclude their Report probably before the end of this month. It will be laid upon the Table of the House as soon as possible after that; but some little delay may arise in the publication, as it has been decided to issue the Report in the Welsh as well as in the English language.
