Address for— Returns of the number of Licences for the Sale of Intoxicating Liquors issued under the authority of Magistrates' Certificates in each City, Municipal Borough, and Petty Sessional Division, respectively, in England and Wales, arranged as follows;—

1. (1.) Publicans who sell spirits;
2. (2.) Persons licensed to retail beer, wine, or sweets; to be consumed on the premises;

3. (3.) Persons licensed to retail beer, wine, sweets, or spirits, not to be consumed on the premises;"

And, of the number of Licensed Houses for consumption on the premises for every 1,000 of the population in each City, Municipal Borough, and Petty Sessional Division respectively."—(Lord Randolph Churchill.)
