§ SIR J. FERGUSSONThe invitation has been received within the last day or two, and we cannot say what will be done until it has been considered by Her Majesty's Government.
§ MR. C. GRAHAMWill the Government be able to give the House any information on the subject before the termination of the debate upon the Address?
§ SIR J. FERGUSSONIf the debate should be as short as I hope it will be I should say "No"—[Laughter]— but that is obviously a question which. I cannot answer at present.
