FERGUSSON, Manchester, N.E.)The Zone system of fares on railways is in force in Hungary, but not in Austria; and as yet only for passengers and not for merchandise. We have not received any documents giving explanatory details. Her Majesty's Consul General will be instructed to make a Report on the subject.
