Friend the Leader of the House, I wish to give notice that next Session Her Majesty's Government will propose a shortened Address in answer to Her Majesty's Gracious Speech from the Throne, in the hope that the simple expression of the thanks of Parliament for the Royal Speech will greatly tend to shorten Debate.
