§ SIR H. MAXWELLOwing to the sudden resignation of the Letter Receiver it has been necessary to suspend the telegraph business at Aberaman. No time will be lost in making a new appointment, and the business will then be resumed. Meanwhile, I may say that the head Telegraph Office at Aberdare is not more than about a mile distant.
