CAMERONI beg to ask the Under Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether it is true, as stated in a Times telegram of the 13th instant, that the terms of a Convention between Great Britain and Portugal had been definitely agreed on, and that it was to be signed in London on the following day; and, if so, whether he is in a position to communicate to the House the substance of the Convention?
