Resolution 3.
That a sum, not exceeding £1,300,700, be granted to Her Majesty, to defray the expense of Contract Work for Shipbuilding, Repairs, and Maintenance, including the cost of Establishments of Dockyards and Naval Yards at Home and Abroad, which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the 3lst day of March, 1891.
