1383§ "That this House doth agree with the Committee in the Resolution, 'That it is expedient to provide for the building and enlarging barracks and camps in the United Kingdom, and in certain Colonies, and for that purpose to authorise the charge upon and the issue out of the Consolidated Fund of a sum or sums not exceeding £ 4,100,000; to empower the Commissioners of Her Majesty's Treasury to borrow moneys for the repayment of part of the sum so issued; and to authorise the payment out of moneys to be provided by Parliament of the principal and interest of such borrowed moneys."
