§ Ordered, That it he an Instruction to the Gentlemen appointed to prepare and bring in a Bill upon the Resolutions reported from the Committee of Ways and Means on the 18th instant, and then agreed to by the House, That they do make provision therein pursuan to the said Resolutions.
