HC Deb 14 April 1890 vol 343 c455
MR. SEXTON

I beg to ask the Postmaster General whether the post office at Sloan Street, Lisburn, sanctioned a month ago, has not yet been opened; what is the cause of the delay; and how soon the opening will take place?

*MR. RAIKES

The opening of a post office at Sloan Street, Lisburn, has been awaiting the appointment of a suitable person as Receiver. That appointment has now been made, and the office will be opened as soon as the new Receiver can be instructed in his duties.
