Resolved:—
That it is expedient to authorise the payment, out of moneys to be provided by Parliament, of the Salaries of certain Clerks and Officers of Court of Session and Bill Chamber in Scotland, under the provisions of any Act of the present session to regulate the number and duties of the Clerks of the Court of Session and Bill Chamber in Scotland, and for other purposes.
