HC Deb 23 May 1889 vol 336 c907

Order for Second Reading read.

* SIR R. WEBSTER

I beg to move that this Bill be read a second time. It is simply a consolidation of the existing law, and I need hardly say that should, by any inadvertence, any statutes not be dealt with, I should be happy to consider the possibility of including them in the Bill. I hope the House will allow it to be read a second time.

Bill read a second time and re-committed for Monday next.
