"That a sum, not exceeding £492,562, be granted to Her Majesty, to complete the sum necessary to defray the Charge which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the 31st day of March, 1890, for Stationary, Printing, and Paper, Binding, and Printed Books for Public Departments, and for the two Houses of Parliament, and for the Salaries and Expenses of the Establishment of the Stationery Office, and the cost of Stationery Office Publications, and of the Gazette Offices; and for sundry Miscellaneous Services, including the publication of Parliamentary Debates."
