§ MR. A. J. BALFOURI regret that the machinery at the disposal of the Irish Government would not admit of their obtaining such information with regard to arrears of rent as would enable them to give even the approximate estimate required; nor would it, I fear, be possible without legislation to devise any means by which the information sought by my hon. Friend could be obtained.
