STUART WORTLEYThey are permitted to receive a visit and also to write one letter in each week, and the Visiting Committee may, by permission in any special case, for special reasons, prolong the periods of the visits allowed to such prisoners, or accord additional visits or letters to such reasonable extent as they may deem advisable.
