§ MR. ANGUS SUTHERLAND (Sutherland)asked the Lord Advocate whether he was aware that the collector of road assessment for the parish of Creich, county of Sutherland, failed to account to the Road Trustees for certain moneys collected by him in his official capacity; and, whether the said Road Trustees reported the matter to the proper authorities at the time or since; and, if so, why no action had been taken by the Crown authorities with regard to it.
