Mr. Speaker, I rise to move as an Amendment the Motion which stands in my name, namely:— That the growing system of Trusts and Syndicates to raise by combination and conspiracy the cost of articles of common consumption requires the immediate and serious attention of Her Majesty's Government and of Parliament.
