ANGUS SUTHERLAND (Sutherlandshire)asked the Lord Advocate who is responsible for the appointment of assessors to the Crofters' Commission; on what principle the recent appointments have been made; and whether, in making such appointments in future, care will be taken to appoint assessors in whom the Crofters have confidence?
