TREVELYAN (Glasgow, Bridgeton)With reference to a Motion which I have on the paper for to-morrow, and with reference to the statement made last week, as to the Generals' List, I would ask in what state of maturity that proposal of the Government is, because if it is very near production I would not trouble the House with my Motion.
