asked the Under Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs if the Spanish Government had formally invited the International Industrial Convention to hold its Session at Madrid as proposed; and if the date of its assembly has been fixed?


NO formal invitation has yet been received, and the date has, so far as Her Majesty's Government are aware, not yet been fixed.
