HC Deb 15 March 1889 vol 333 c1786
MR. SEXTON (Belfast, W.)

I beg to ask you, Sir, as a point of order, if there are any official means of accounting for the fact that two Notices of Motion in the name of the First Lord of the Treasury, one suspending the Standing Order as to time and the other shutting out Notices of Motion on Friday appear in the Times newspaper this morning and do not appear in the Orders of the Day?

* MR. SPEAKER

I cannot give any account of it. I saw them in the journal to which the right hon. Gentleman refers, but I did not see them on the paper.

MR. SEXTON

Thank you, Sir; I shall recur to the matter at the close of the questions.
