§ * MR. GOSCHENThe Committee will consist of the hon. Baronet the Member for the University of London, the hon. Member for South, Manchester, the hon. Member for the Prestwich Division of Lancashire, Dr. Percival, headmaster of Rugby, and the Rev. G. F. Browne (hon. Fellow of St. Catherine's College, Cambridge). The Vote, which will appear in the Estimates of this year, for "University Colleges in Great Britain," amounts to £15,000.
