§ Resolutions [7th March], reported.
- (1.) "That a Supplementary sum, not exceeding £909, be granted to Her Majesty, to defray the Charge which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the 31st day of March 1889, for the Salaries and Expenses of the Offices of the House of Lords."
- (2.) "That a Supplementary sum, not exceeding £3,290, be granted to Her Majesty, to defray the Charge which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the 31st day of March 1889, for the Salaries and Expenses of the Office of the Land Commissioners for England."
- (3.) "That a Supplementary sum, not exceeding £8,000, be granted to Her Majesty, to defray the Charge which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the 31st day of March 1889, for Stationery, Printing, and Paper, Binding, and Printed Books for the two Houses of Parliament, and for a Grant in Aid of the publication of Parliamentary Debates."
- (4.) "That a Supplementary sum, not exceeding £292, be granted to Her Majesty to defray the Charge which will come in course
1331 of payment during the year ending on the 31st day of March, 1889, for the Salaries and Expenses of the Office of the Commissioners of Charitable Donations and Bequests for Ireland." - (5.) "That a Supplementary sum, not exceeding £12,000, be granted to Her Majesty, to defray the Charge which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the 31st day of March, 1889, for Criminal Prosecutions at Assizes and Quarter Sessions, and for Adjudications under 'The Summary Jurisdiction Act, 1879; and for Sheriffs' Expenses."
- (6.) "That a Supplementary sum, not exceeding £20,000, be granted to Her Majesty, to defray the Charge which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the 31st day of March, 1889, for certain Expenses connected with the Police in Counties and Boroughs in England and Wales."
- (7.) "That a Supplementary sum, not exceeding £600, be granted to Her Majesty, to defray the Charge which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the 31st day of March 1889, for the Expense of the Maintenance of Juvenile Offenders in Industrial Schools in Great Britain."
