§ Committee to consider of authorising a Grant out of the Consolidated Fund to the Scottish University Commissioners, to be applied for the purposes of the Universities under any Act of the present Session for the better Administration and Endowment of the Universities of Scotland: and also the payment, out of moneys to be provided by Parliament, of remuneration to the secretary, clerks, and officers appointed, and of all expenses incurred under the provisions of the said Act (Queen's recommendation signified), upon Monday next.
