Ordered—
That it be an Instruction to the Committee on the said Bill that they have power to insert provisions for the assessment and rating of lunatic asylums on the same basis of value as other property in the towns or parishes in which they are situate, and to amend or repeal the 16 and 17 Vic. c. 97, s. 35, relating there to.—Mr. Mowbray.
