RITCHIEThe memorial proposed the constitution of a union which would include parishes in two counties, and the consideration of the question has been deferred until the recommendations of the Boundary Commissioners have been considered by the County Councils interested, and they have made such representations on the subject to the Local Government Board as they deem necessary.
