HICKS BEACHAs a question arising out of the Reports of the Trinity House on the experiments made at the South Foreland in 1884 and 1885 has been referred to a committee of the Royal Society, the hon. Member will agree with me that it will be well to wait for the Report of the referees before presenting to Parliament further Papers upon this subject.
