Order for the consideration of the Report of the Select Committee read.

This Report being on a question of privilege, it is properly put as the first Order of the Day. But I find that the House ordered the proceedings of the Committee to be printed, and clearly that Order ought to have been complied with. The Report of the proceedings not being now before the House, it should be considered tomorrow.

Consideration of Report deferred until Tuesday.
