FARQUHARSON (Dorsetshire, W.)I beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether his attention has been called to the case of Mary Bamber, who died at Adlington, near Chorley, on Wednesday last, from 854 hydrophobia caused by the bite of a cat and, whether, with a view to stamping out hydrophobia, he will take steps to enforce the muzzling of cats as well as dogs?
