Is the Secretary to the Local Government Board in a position to give us an assurance that the Infectious Disease Notification Bill will come on at a time when it is possible to discuss it adequately?

In the absence of the President of the Local Government Board I cannot say when the Bill will be taken; but I know my right hon. Friend is most desirous of pressing the Bill.
