Copies ordered "of the Case reserved by Chief Baron Palles as to the duty of the Grand Jury for the County of Kerry, assembled at the Summer Assizes, 1885, in relation to an application to them to present the sum of £3,192 11s. 4d. under 43 and 44 Vic. c. 14, and 44 Vic. c. 33, together with the Schedules and Appendices attached thereto, and the decision of the Court of Queen's Bench thereon."
