§ Sir Herbert Maxwell reported from the Select Committee on Friendly Societies, that it is the opinion of the Committee that there are strong grounds for believing that Richard Martin, in giving his evidence before the Committee, has been a party with others in a conspiracy to deceive the Committee.
§ Special Report to lie upon the Table.
§ Ordered, That the Report be considered upon Monday' next.
