§ SIR M. HICKS BEACHAll the Returns have not yet been received; but it must be borne in mind that great and unusual demands have recently been made upon the clerical staff of the Railway Companies. The Companies have been asked to give any information at their disposal as regards the wagons belonging to private owners.
