§ MR. W. H. SMITHThe Commission has been constituted, and consists of the hon. Member for Elgin, the Solicitor General for Scotland, the hon. Member for Wigtownshire, and Mr. J. K. Murray, a gentleman well known in Scotland. The Commission will begin work as soon after the holidays as possible.
§ SIR G. CAMPBELLI must protest against the taking of an important Scotch Vote at this late hour, when it is impossible that it can be fully discussed.
