I beg to ask the First Lord of the Treasury whether, in consequence of recent complaints, he will take into consideration the reappointment of the Select Committee which sat in 1886 on the ventilation of the House?
§ *MR. W. H. SMITH
This is a question for the decision of the House; but if hon. Members who are interested in the subject will put themselves in communication with my right hon. Friend the Member for Dublin University, the Government will be quite ready to consider whether sufficient cause is shown for the re-appointment of the Select Committee of 1886.
