asked the Lord Advocate whether the Scottish Education Department have finally determined to make an annual grant to the Crieff Episcopal School?

The Scotch Education Department have placed the Crieff Episcopal School upon the list of schools to which annual grants may be made, having been advised that the provisions of the Education Act did not warrant them in refusing recognition to that School.
