HC Deb 04 April 1889 vol 334 c1556
MR. THEODORE FRY (Darlington)

asked the President of the Local Government Board when the report, promised last year, on the epidemic of small pox in Sheffield, would be presented to the House; and, what was the cause of such a long delay in its preparation?

*THE PRESIDENT OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT BOARD (Mr. RITCHIE,) Tower Hamlets, St. George's-in-the-East

The preparation of the report promised last year has been a work of considerable labour. It was presented to the House at the beginning of the Session, and copies of it have now been delivered for distribution among Members.
