HC Deb 15 May 1888 vol 326 c317
MR. LABOUCHERE (Northampton)

asked the Postmaster General, Whether he has taken into consideration the suggestion that postal cards, which can be closed, shall be sold by the Post Office; and, if so, whether he has taken action in the matter?

THE POSTMASTER GENERAL (Mr. RAIKES) (Cambridge University)

I have considered the suggestion mentioned by the hon. Member, and shall be very glad to show him some specimens of cards which have been prepared, with a view to arriving at a decision upon the question.
