A few nights ago, owing to the operation of the "count out," I was prevented from answering the very serious and absolutely inaccurate allegation made by the junior Member for Northampton (Mr. Bradlaugh) as to the existence of 100,000 acres of waste land in the County (Sussex), one of the Divisions of which I have the honour to represent.
