§ THE SECRETARY OF STATE FOR THE HOME DEPARTMENT (Mr. MATTHEWS) (Birmingham, E.) ,who replied, said: In answer to the hon. Member's Question, I have to state that the decision in "Sterry v. Masters" will not, in my opinion, apply to graziers in the Barking and Purfleet Marshes unless they have entered into an agreement to the same effect as that which was discussed in that particular case.
