Baronet the Senior Member for the City of London, Whether, after the statement of the President of the Local Government Board last night as to the constitution of a new Metropolitan Authority, it is the intention of the Corporation of London to proceed with the Coal and Wine Dues Continuance Bill?
§ MR. TATTON EGERTON (Cheshire, Knutsford)(who replied) said, it was the intention of the Corporation and the Metropolitan Board of Works, the promoters of the Bill, to proceed with it.
