asked. Mr. Chancellor of the Exchequer, Whether he will explain to the House the cause of the delay in the publication of the Report and Evidence of the Commissioner, appointed under the Act of last Session to inquire into the circumstances connected with the defalcations which occurred in connection with the Cardiff Trustees' Savings Bank, and the conduct of the Trustees and Managers in respect thereto; and, whether he can inform the House when the Report, issued in December last, together with the Evidence, will be issued to Members?
