asked the Postmaster General, Whether the Government is prepared to put the first-class postmen of Glasgow, Liverpool, Manchester, Birmingham, and other cities, on an equal footing, as regards Post Office uniform, with the first-class postmen of London, Edinburgh, and Dublin?
