§ THE PARLIAMENTARY UNDER SECRETARY (Colonel KING-HARMAN) (Kent, Isle of Thanet)
(who replied) said: The Land Commissioners inform me they have not yet arranged to hear the appeals lodged by landlords in County Monaghan, nor can they at present state the date upon which they will be heard. They will, however, give due notice when the arrangements have been completed.
