MR. DILLWYN (Swansea, Town)

asked the Under Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, Whether Her Majesty's Government are aware that all letters going to and from Aghig in the South and Roweyah in the North of the Red Sea are opened by the officials at Suakin before being forwarded to their destination; and, if so, whether Her Majesty's Government approve of such proceeding?
