, in moving— That the Orders of the Day subsequent to Supply be postponed until after the Notice of Motion relating to Public Meetings in the Metropolis, said: I think that, in all probability, this will be the last occasion on which it will be necessary to make such a Motion, as under the new Rules it will be in the power of the Government to put Motions on the Paper is the order in which they will be taken.
